We are hiring for Sr. Position with leading bank (Credit Cards Policy) in Gurgaon.

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Roles:

Hands on experience in defining and maintaining acquisition / portfolio intervention programs in the credit card space

Experience in developing / working with scorecard based models

Technologically oriented with good understanding of card systems – both acquisition and account maintenance

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently

Key Skills:

Help define and manage credit card acquisition programs in line with business requirements & acceptable risk appetite

Help define and manage post acquisition portfolio intervention programs

Develop market intelligence on latest acquisition trends

Actively manage the portfolio and provide insights on signs of early stress, delinquency etc.

Keep abreast with the regulatory environment impacting credit card acquisitions and portfolios.

Provide inputs on, and help develop /validate scorecards used in the acquisition / management of credit card portfolios.

Lead the technology initiatives from the cards risk perspective

Function as the subject matter expert for all risk related enquiries / interventions pertaining to credit cards
