Bank Reconciliation


Ensuring compliance with TDS

Prepare month-end accruals and reconcile various GL accounts, including bank reconciliation


Manage all Payroll functions, which includes new employee enrollment in Paychex, termination of employees no longer with the company, calculate payroll as per the hours done in the pay period cycle.


Process all invoices in a timely fashion as per the client invoicing terms, collect timesheets.


Will maintain Bank accounts and keep track of credits and debits.


Will perform payable accounting including reconciling vendor invoices and making payments


Will create and update all financial statements including P&L and Balance Sheet
