Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Description
Analyzing monthly & Annual accounts
Undertaking Day book keeping and ensure proper documentation of relevant and related records
Maintaining payroll up to disbursement of salaries
Maintaining of Employee Tax declarations and deducting TDS accordingly
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
Cash disbursements and reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Ensuring compliance with TDS
Managing Employees statutory compliances like PF, ESI, TDS
Prepare month-end accruals and reconcile various GL accounts, including bank reconciliation
Manage all Payroll functions, which includes new employee enrollment in Paychex, termination of employees no longer with the company, calculate payroll as per the hours done in the pay period cycle.
Process all invoices in a timely fashion as per the client invoicing terms, collect timesheets.
Will maintain Bank accounts and keep track of credits and debits.
Will perform payable accounting including reconciling vendor invoices and making payments
Will create and update all financial statements including P&L and Balance Sheet
Required Candidate:
Work Experience: 4 – 8 years
Prior experience in Accounting, Salary Disbursement, Payroll, Tax filing
PC Knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
Additional knowledge of accounting software and IT will be a plus.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
Basic knowledge of corporate financial statements
Should have the ability to work independently and like to work in a dynamic organization.
Education Qualification: B.Com, M.Com
SALARY: 20K- 30K
