   Qualification : Passed Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University in Telecommunication or Electronics or equivalent; or passed Graduate Membership Examination or the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineers (India) or Associate Membership Examination of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.
   
   Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 5,400/-
