Job Description :
– To guide and counsel students and parents for Admission to Universities abroad.
– Meet and Interaction with University representatives and Faculty and their visit from overseas
– Help the students in applications, visas etc
– 2-3 experience in counselling students for overseas education
– Ability to learn new things, and openness to changes
– Good command over English, Hindi and preferably Marathi, not compulsory
– Liaise with head office in Hyderabad, occasionally travel for training purposes
– Partnering with training agencies and local universities in Pune and surrounding area

Profile of Mr. Ravi Mirchandani
He has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in the country a broad education which includes postgraduate diploma in business administration; Information technology systems and Human Resouces. He has a cross- functional expertise having worked in Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Selection and Training. corporate planning.
In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, BPO FMC’s, and engineering industries.
