Relationship building and ensuring that all the member related queries are addressed and resolved within SLA in achieve member delight.

This is a support function which is responsible for every aspect of servicing the membership related requirements, including but not limited to : 
1. Welcome Process 
2. Gifts Disbursement Process
3. Holiday Planning and Reservations
4. Post Holiday Calls 
5. Feedback, Query Resolution 
6. Generate Member Referals
7. Member Retention
