1. Dispense medicine to the patient as prescribed by the doctor.

2. Maintain daily account on Indent & daily records.

3. Will raise stock indent when stock level reaches 40% of holding and minimum 15 days of need.

4. Store stock properly and in a clean manner

5. Check of Expiry date of medicines.

6. Proper maintenance of medicines.

7. Submit monthly medicines stock record to HO no later than 25th of the month (Through Coordinator)
