OPENINGS IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT ( INBOUND ) & TECHNICAL SALES – VOICE PROCESS
IMPORTANT: Candidates with excellent spoken & written English need to apply.
We are hiring Technical Support Executive (Voice Process) for best International Call Centres / BPO located in Delhi/NCR.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
- Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers.
- Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Qualification: Graduates, Undergraduates & Dropouts.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills & written English can alsoapply.
- Candidate must be OK with night shifts.
- Candidates with technical knowledge or technical experience can apply.
- Salary: 12K- 27K inhand plus incentives.
