Headquartered in Germany, our client has its packaging of plastic facility at Pune. They have their presence in over 5 countries around the globe. Our client specializes in wide range of products which includes tubes, boxes, cassettes, etc.
Position: Sr. Purchase officer
Location: Pune
Requisites:
– Any graduate with 5+ years of experience.
– Male candidates preferred.
– Should have purchase experience in manufacturing industry.
– Should have handled the end to end procurement cycle.
– Must have good communication skills
– Should be able to negotiate with suppliers and internal customers.
– Experience in SAP / ERP will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for developing a purchasing strategy.
– Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.
– Responsible for controlling purchasing department budgets.
– Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
– Evaluating suppliers based on price, quality and delivery speed.
– Co-ordinating with sub-contractors and purchase department to ensure continuous production.
