Recruitment specialist – End-to-End Recruitment.
Successfully managed full recruitment life cycle independently, including Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, referring to the existing internal database, Sourcing profiles, Screening, Short listing, scheduling interview, Coordinating Technical Interviews, Salary Negotiations, Offer (Complete Documentation) and Closure of candidates.
Good command in using Internet as a tool of resourcing like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, Shine portal
Extremely skilled at sourcing and recruiting candidates through internal databases, job portals, cold calling, Headhunting, networking & referrals
Employee On boarding & Orientation:
Complete onboarding formalities of new joinees
Plan, organize and conduct Induction program for new joinees.
Managing transfers and internal employee movements
Audit & MIS:
Responsible for driving HR & training processes
Responsible for maintaining MIS report and Files.
Responsible for maintaining all the records required for statutory compliances.
Working with statutory vendor for timely updation of record & labour office related work.
Payroll:
Maintaining attendance data for salary processing
Handling Salary Payment, Fund Transfer from in respective bank and company Account.
Preparing the Employees CTC as per the Company rules.
Handling full and final settlement of employees.
Processing PF withdrawal forms and gratuity claims of the employees
Worked on Legal compliances (PF, PT, ESIC, Etc)
Worked on Spine Payroll & HRMS system
Performance Management:
Drive and ensure timely appraisals for all associates
Resolve appraisal related queries
Share periodic reports
Employee Engagement
Employee Query Management related to various HR procedures & processes.
Conducting timely one on one meeting with employees specially with new employees to understand their queries / issues for effective employee grievance management
Working on employee satisfaction survey & feedback analysis and ensuring that necessary corrective actions suggested by senior management is executed
Preparing & publishing e-magazine on monthly basis.
Initiated CSR activities like blood donation camp and fund raising for orphanage etc..
Arranging various fun activities, competitions, festival celebrations & all hands for employees.
