3. Should Be Ready To work 24*7 ANY 9 Hours Shift.
4. Will Be Required To Handle At Least Two Chats At A Time, And Make Outbound Calls When Required.
5.Should Be Able To Deliver According To The Set Productivity And Quality Standards And Targets.
6.5 Day Working Pattern [ 2 Rotational Week Off].
(Cab Service Provided In Night Shifts Only)
Eligibility Criteria:
Basic Knowledge Of Computers
Good Typing Skills; Net Speed Should Be At Least 25wpm
Relevant Experience Would Be Preferred (Customer Service)
Should Be Willing To Work In Rotational And Night Shifts
Excellent Communication Skills (Written And Spoken)
