Responsibility:
• Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates.
• Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position.
• Sharing and explaining offer package to shortlisted applicants.
• Collate documents of shortlisted candidates and share them with on boarding team.
• Manage job postings in recruiting system and job boards.
• Sourcing candidates through portals, referrals, social networking sites, ads, head hunting etc.
• Interviewing and screening candidates – Mapping candidates to client requirements.
• End to-End recruitment sourcing, short listing, scheduling follow up till joining.
Qualification:
• Proven recruiting experience
• Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced, Fresher Graduate can apply.
