Petty Cash Managing & Distribution

Office Maintenance

Stationery and other purchase handling

Housekeeping day to day role and functions tracking

Couriers / Notice board Managing

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Manage Employee record

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
