• 2+ years of SFDC development experience (Apex, Visual Force, SControls, Triggers, Workflow automation) with experience in high level of customization of SFDC platform.

• Provide on-going support of existing SFDC Developments.

• Must be willing to work in a team environment-Effectively.

• Excellent communication and inter personnel skills.

• Strong problem solving skills should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application.

• Good experience on scripting languages (e.g. Java script, Visualforce, HTML).

• Salesforce.com application configuration and customized development.

• Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application

• Ability to transform new requirements into design and implementation.

• Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM

• Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements

• Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs

• Create development and integration plans

• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred

• Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required
