Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and document the Asset and Configuration management process for both hardware and software CIs.
Define and document the CMDB architecture for all services in scope.
Working with the tools team to implement the Asset and Configuration Management processes for services in scope
Support process of configuration identification, status accounting, configuration change management, verification and audit Required Skills:

Specialized knowledge of defining, documenting and implementing Asset Management and Configuration Management processes for both hardware and software CIs
Candidate must possess excellent process documentation skills
Familiarity with one or more CMDB solutions. (ServiceNow, BMC, etc.) is desired
Must have hands-on Configuration Management and CMDB experience
Strong verbal, written and process documentation skills
ITIL V3 foundation or Intermediate certified Experience: 8 12 Years
