Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5-7 RMs & Serve as a dedicated single point of contact for 30-40 HNWI clients
Having excellent knowledge and experience in Wealth Products/Investments/Stocks
Train and mentor RMs towards closing deals and shall be responsible for achievement of team target
Review individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients
Identify the potential investment products for clients and risk profile of the customer
Leverage product experts to generate product specific investment ideas for clients
Ensure proper documentation for smooth transaction execution and customer service
Prepare KYC reports of client & Ensure advisory processes are consistent with defined compliance norms
Participation in events to meet current and prospective clients as well as to educate clients on investment products (e.g. investment seminar etc.)
