Finding potential areas to set up new branches and present the report to the Management committee for approval of the same

Overall in charge of setting up new branches in ROMG.

Managing the branches of the assigned cluster (4-5 branch reporting to him / her)

Taking care of the P&L and business of the branches

Ensuring that branches are achieving the targets assigned and taking necessary steps to bring them in profit

Leading the BM’s in planning, designing and executing sales and promotional activities at bank branches.

Detailed analysis of all branches across parameters of branch activation, average ticket size, renewals, liability business and branch activities.

Responsible for hiring staff at the upcoming branches in the cluster.

Liasoning with the Regional HR for matters pertaining to staff hiring.
