Job Descripition:
Understand manpower requirements of Clients for positions at all levels.
Talent search from various sources including portals, references, social media (Linkedin etc.) & job postings.
Screening of candidate resumes to assess fitment for position(s).
Evaluate candidates to assess suitability for position(s).
Send profiles of best-fit candidates to Clients.
Schedule candidate interviews with Clients.
Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews
Developing and maintaining business relationships with candidates. Provide superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process.
Timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing. Ensure smooth transition post hire.
Should have knowledge of portals.
. Manage End to End Recruitment Function.
Job will be 40%internal hirin and 60% for client hiring.
