Summary:

ï¶ Should have 07 years of Construction / Maintenance experience in Civil General fields and also in Overhead line(OHL), out of which minimum minimum of 4 years of quality control and inspection experience in construction industries.

Implement QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
 Prepares and sign off applicable records for quality surveillance / inspections / tests.

 Maintain records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.

 Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications, SPs, PRs, DEPs and Standards.
 Witness procedures, tests and certify the results

 Provide sufficient feedback to Lead Quality Engineer on the day to day quality issues.

 Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
 Shall take up routine and additional site Inspections and Surveillance.

 Maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.

 Maintaining the latest revision of all Contract Documents, Drawings, Specifications, SPs, PRs, ERDs, DEPs and Standards, required for Quality Assurance, Quality Control and inspection.
 Witness procedures, tests and certify the results.

 Collection, scrutiny, compilation and submission of test packs and project quality handover documents including as built drawings.
 Liaison with customers for technical clearance of installations / field tests.
