Detail Of Post:
Walk-in interviews (preceded by a written test) will be held on 1st July 2016 for the role of System/Network Engineer at IIT-Bhilai (posting will be in Bhilai with possible visits to Hyderabad for training). The engineer will be responsible for managing the overall computing infrastructure of IIT-Bhilai, working with other team members to resolve issues. The engineer will also contribute to managing campus network infrastructure and providing support/guidance to other team members.
- Post Skills Sets Requirement
- System/Network • Completed B.Tech/B.E/MCA in CS/IT/EE/ECE streams or MSc Computers/BSc Engineer Computers/MSc IT with at least 65% marks (7 CGPA) in aggregate • At least 1 year of working knowledge/experience on Windows/Linux administration/Network technologies is highly recommended, although not mandatory. • Any Certification such as MCITP/MCSNMCSE/REDHAT/CCNNCCNP is desirable. • Good communication skills is highly desirable.
- Consolidated Salary: Based on candidate’s’ qualifications/experience/merit, pay will be fixed in the range of Rs 18,000 – Rs 30,000.
- Tenure: Minimum one year but can be extended depending on project requirement and satisfactory performance of the selected candidate.
Selection Procedure:
- Written Test on 1/7/2016.
- Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.
- Dates are yet to be announced for the final selection

Please carry a CV/resume as well as all necessary certificates. The written test and interviews (including skills test) may last till late in the evening. The candidates will be required to bring all certificates/testimonials in original (Degree/Diploma Certificates, Marks Sheet, Experience Certificates, Proof of age for verification), along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the same and two recent passport size coloured photographs.
