Position: Payment Processing & Collections

Shift: 11 am to 8 pm/ 12 noon to 9 pm

Critical accountability

Responsible for ensuring timely payment/ fee collection and recovery from across the globe.

Monitor fees payments from customers across the globe.

Create and maintain payment history files. Ensure real time update of payment records.

Monitor all the active accounts regularly to ensure that over dues are contained.

Interact with customers via telephone and email to ensure timely recovery of fees due and help them through the process if required.

Provide guidance regarding payment methods and models

Desired profile

Experience in voice process/ payment collection required .

Above average communication skills both verbal and written to interact with global customers.
