1. Graphic Designer – Candidate Profile:
– We are looking for creative young professionals who dream to transform the brand experience through creative solution in the Graphic and Branding space. The candidate should have Bachelor or Master’s degree in Graphic, Product, Transportation, Design, LAD, Fashion Design with 2-6 years’ experience in Sports, FMCG, consumer durable or automobile industry.
– Should have a good understanding of brand positioning and brand led design thinking
– Experience in creation and delivery of Brand and Graphic designs for products and collateral.
– Should have experience in creating a graphics language and design guidelines based on brand positioning and consumer segmentation.
2. CFM (Color, Finish & Material) Designer – Candidate Profile:
– We invite application from candidate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Graphic, Product, Transportation, Design, LAD, Fashion Design with 2-6 years’ experience in Sports, FMCG, consumer durable or automobile industry.
– Should have a good understanding of brand positioning and brand led design thinking
– Should have experience in leading CFM strategy linked to brand positioning and differentiation.
– Should be able to understand the cultural nuances of color, shape & form and correlate them to Brand personalities.
– Should have good design visualization and simulation capabilities in the field of Surface finishes.
– Should demonstrate sensibility to sensorial aspects of Design.
A designer having bachelors and/or Master’s degree in graphic design/fashion/Automobile/LAD/ID Design with 2-6 Yrs experience.
He should have experience in brand focused design in the area of Graphics and Color for automobile / Sports/ FMCG/ Fashion Industry. He should have an excellent sense of style backed by a very good understanding of Trends and Informed point of view with a passion of design.
Along with knowledge of key design processes starting from consumer research, all the way through conceptualization, Visualization and simulation, he should have demonstrable skills to create design focused on brand and themes.
Positive thinker and a team player, able to interact with different business functions like marketing, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing etc through effective presentation and refined interpersonal skills.
Strong skills in illustrations and simulations using & Key shot, 2D software like Photoshop, 2D software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand and CorelDraw etc.
Strong understanding of processes, materials and their impact on Graphics and finishes.
