One of our client is a real estate software company that has been created to empower real estate professionals and facilitate cooperation in closing real estate transactions via modern software tools. In doing so, they help brokers/agents increase their individual performance, efficiency and income potentials.

They are currently looking out for Sales Executives who has a relatively easy job of selling an instant personalized website to the Brokers. The Brokers can select from a range of templates and can change the style and template any time he chooses. The Unique part of our website is that it comes with every listing that is on our system, so over 40,000 live listings instantly which his clients can browse. He can also upload his own listings from the Mobile App.

Other Features of the Software:

1. Manage Customers from Desktop or Mobile App with its comprehensive CRM designed for brokers.

2. Save automatic searches for his client’s requirements from Mobile or Desktop

3. SMS and Email based notifications for all activity.

4. Instantly connect to the largest database of professional brokers.

5. Brochure Maker

Requirements:

• Must have worked in Software or Website Sales Before for at least 2 years.

• Aggressive and ready to work for an incentive heavy package.

• Must be able to use Microsoft Windows seamlessly.

• Hours are flexible but must put in the time and effort required to close monthly targets.

• Must Have Smartphone to use company sim card with.

• Fluent in Hindi or English.

Responsibilities:

• Making Appointments daily with brokers

• Fluently executing the sale pitch

• Meeting Monthly targets

• Following up for post-sales support.

• Dressing professionally for the meetings.

• Lead generation

• Scoring perfectly on the customer feedback calls

• Submitting an End of Day report

• Coming into Powai office when required.

Package:

1. Base Salary: 20,000

2. Monthly Minimum Target: 7 Signups

3. Incentive: 4,000for each sign up after 5th signup in a month
