Responsibilities and Duties
Monitoring & Auditing of Calls
Report deficiencies according to specific plan procedures.
Completes audit work-papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
Maintains internal control systems by updating and recommending new policies and procedures
Preparation of Daily Sales & Monthly Sales reports
Daily MIS preparation
Preparing and documenting different reports.
Taking training sessions to improve the Quality scores,
Experience and Educational Qualification:
Graduates / Under Graduates from the reputed institute will be preferred.
Experience: 0 – 2 years. Fresher’s can also apply.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
