Role:

• Maintaining Primary books of Accounts.

• Timely Tracking receivables, both online and wire transfer

• Updation of Vendor forms

• Liasoning with Bank, Sales Team, WDC Team, EPF, DGFT, CA, CS etc.

• Reconciliation of Accounts, Bank, Cash, Debtors & Creditors, etc.

• Hands and experience on handling inwards & outwards remittances.

• Other accounts & sales tracking activities

• Follow up & client co-ordination

• TDS payments, Form 15 CA & 15 CB from CA

• Online payment of TDS, Taxes etc.

Skills:
• Experience in Accounting using Tally ERP 9.0

• Good verbal communication – both email and telephonic

• Eye for detail – Exposure of working in Private Ltd. / Partnership Firm

• Should have a basic working knowledge of MS Office

• Problem solving skills and eagerness to learn

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver with regard to fast deadlines

• Should be keen to learn and expand skill sets
