Technical Product Expert / consultant – Back Office Solutions


You will be responsible for supporting sales activities of back office solutions, acting as the subject matter expert. You will be the domain expert for the proficiency suite solution – WFM, RTAM and NPM. You will lead business analysis on customer’s site, building business case and ROI for potential customers. Aligned with sales, this role requires advanced expertise regarding the product functionality and positioning to both business and technical audiences. You will create presentation and demonstration for C-level executives and act as the mediator between the regional sales team and the product house. You will also accompany projects post implementation to ensure long term value realization from the back office suite.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about consulting and sales to provide the best solutions to NICE customers.


Main Responsibilities and Deliverables:


1. Provide functional business consultancy on complex propositions through a deep understanding of client requirements to align NICE capabilities, best practices and competitive advantage


2. Create and deliver compelling presentations and expert demonstrations to customers that highlight NICE product functionality from a holistic but on point perspective that solve customer gaps.


3. Deeply understand client’s business objectives and link NICE products and solutions to articulate their value aligned with customer’s strategy and direction.


4. Work closely with strategic partners to drive joint projects and deliver added value


5. Interacts intensely with customer decision makers and stakeholders throughout complex project lifecycles to ensure NICE solutions lead to high customer satisfaction.
