Troubleshooting of different versions of Windows and Linux OS
Knowledge in networking WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, WLAN
Knowledge in Virtualization
Troubleshooting of application like MS Office, Outlook, Visual Studio, TFS, JAVA form issues etc.
Basic Knowledge in SAN, NAS
Data Backup and restoration
Knowledge in FTP servers and FTP clients
Installation of different VPN clients as per the project requirement
Knowledge in UTM device
Diagnose and resolve telecom and network related issues.
Keep track of IT assets and contracts
Knowledge in AD Domain controller, DNS, DHCP
Hands on Experience in maintaining and installing printers, scanners, PC and other network devices
Monitoring network traffic
Knowledge in office 365
Installing and updating Antivirus
Knowledge in centralized antivirus server.
Knowledge in SQL and Oracle DB
Day to day maintenance activities of Audio, Video and related Equipment and support.
Willing to work on rotating shifts
Be available to provide support after office hours/weekend.
Certification like RHCSA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA will be an added advantage
