Manage the centralized periodic (bi weekly and monthly) payroll preparation/processing for employees across multiple US locations.
Implementing and monitoring internal controls over input and output data of the Payroll systems.
Process payroll utilizing ADP or similar payroll software
Audit payroll related data
Review and process timesheet input records for employees
invoicing clients and payment collections from client,
Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables & Reconciliation
Timesheets management and posting timesheets in to QuickBooks
Invoice preparations to client and followup on payments
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts maintaining in Quick Books.
Reports such as Aging summary, invoice list, vendor balance details etc.
