Enable PM/BLM to fulfill customer requirements and define product objectives
Interface with PM & BLM team to gain comprehensive understanding of customer business requirement
Interface with CSAs to develop good understanding of the business model of customer
Determine the product objectives by studying & analyzing the functional requirements.
Understand, document and evaluate non-functional(and potentially non-stated) requirements w.r.t performance, scalability, usability, reporting, etc
If required, conceptualize the demos, POC to be given to customers as an early view of solution
Provide high level estimates to PM for release planning
Demonstrate ownership for Product & feature
Break-down business requirements into functional requirements to describe what system, product or modules must do to fulfill the business requirement
Develop end-to-end solution view and provide a proposed solution (PS) document to be reviewed with all stakeholders including PM/BLM/R&D.
Work with technical-architects within R&D to communicate the “big picture” conceptual view of the requirements and receive feedback to close any gaps.
Validate generic features to maintain consistency across the system
Review & support the software/technical design created by software architects to ensure it maps to business requirements.
Review the scope & quality of test coverage to ensure they map to business requirements
Provide Support to pre-sales or Sales team during customer workshops/demos
Actively participate in RFE phase of various opportunities in understanding customer requirements, providing estimations supported by comprehensive documentation.
Strong domain experience in Telecom BSS industry – with specialization on Telco CRM implementations
Experience on multiple CRM COTS products required
Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be added advantage
Prior experience as business analyst or solution architect role
Strong experience on software requirement gathering and documentation, creating wireframes, flow-charts, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams.
Expertise in User interface and user experience design will be added advantage
