Job Description:

• Generate sales through social media and grass roots marketing

• Various administrative tasks (writing documents, data entry, contract entry, e-mail)

• Handle all aspects of the membership division (sign up’s, data entry, holds, cancellations)

• Meet monthly sales goals for membership

• Maintain relationships with existing members and prospects

• Weekly reporting to management team (retention and attrition)

• Generate new ideas for promotions and promotional ideas

•Communicate with existing members about their accounts, process requests, upsell memberships

• Process membership inquiries and applications as they come through the website, walk in.

•Handle all aspects of membership sale. Initial inquiry, meeting, tour, paperwork, follow-ups

• Meet with management team weekly to provide updates on sales and promotions

• Actively socialize and interact with members and customers

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Strong ability to socialize well with members and customers

• Physically fit and active. Enjoys working out.

• Attention to detail and accuracy of work

• Proficient in Excel

• Must be available to work on weekends
