Qualification MBBS degree with 2or 3 years Post Graduate diploma.

Interested or suitable candidates should appear for the interview along filled in application form with all the relevant documents (original and one set of self attested copies) in support of qualification, age proof, MCI/State Medical Council Permanent Registration Certificate, experience certificate, and 4 additional passport size photograph.
