a. Should have experience with known developer – preferably or with PMC Contractors.
b. Should have good experience and understanding of construction material & sanitary fittings and fixtures.
c. We can even consider candidate with less experience but more qualification and commercial acumen.
i. If required consider candidates having experience from 5 – 8 years of experience.
d. Salary Budget: 3.6 lakhs p.a. to 5.0 lakhs p.a.
Qualification and experience:Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in Procurement / Material Management having 5 to 10 years’ experience with Real Estate / EPC Contracting Company. Engineering back ground will be added advantage.
Job Profile :
Sourcing material adhering to Time, Cost and Quality Parameters for Pan India Projects (Ahmedabad – Vadodara – Chennai – Hyderabad – Bangalore)
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Material Management, Purchasing, Sourcing and Logistics.
2. Source Engineering Items, Handicraft & Hardware of SS / Brass, Bathroom, Kitchenware, Sanitary , Electrical items, Cement ,MS Steel bars, Structural steel, Vitrifed tiles, Ceramic tiles, Wood Flooring, Upvc Piping ,LPG Piping & any other material not listed here.
3. To identify, Negotiate and source product from vendors across the country.
4. Vendor management and development
5. Monitoring analysis of price and supply trends in cases of certain materials.
6. Negotiation of prices and discount structures with Vendors and Jobbers.
7. Deal in a cost effective manner by developing alternate sources for cost effective procurement of products.
8. Rating Vendors for quality delivery and prices.
9. Target Oriented Approach for the Logistics process to enable quicker and seamless delivery of items.
10. Preparing estimates, budgets and timescales including trackingfor all materials
11. Managing entire life cycle of Material Procurement through ERP. ( RFQ – Quotation Comparison – Negotiations – Awarding PO – Tracking Delivery / Logistics – Resolving issues between Vendor, Site, Accounts – Timely Payments)
12. Making selection criteria of Vendors for Management approval.
13. Identifying areas for improvement in existing Procurement processes
14. Develop and implement procedures for material management in compliance with company policy.Comprehensive record keeping of all the correspondences as well subject wise and for important events of all projects
