Need an Executive HR for a Corporate in Powai!!!!

NOTE: Candidate will be on Futurz HR Payroll (3rd Party)

Shift timings: 10am-7pm

Weekly offs: Saturday & Sunday

Work location: Powai

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR

Salary – Upto 20 k

Exp – 0.6 – 3 Yrs of experience in HR.

Profile would consist of the following:

1. Recruitment – 80 %

2. Generalist – 20 %

Key Points:

Candidate who has extensive knowledge of recruitment across

Candidate must have knowledge of working on portals such as Naukri, Monster, Timesjob etc

Screening & short-listing candidates’ profiles as per the requirements

Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview for short listing the suitable candidates as per the requirements

Creating and maintaining database and recycling the same effectively from time to time as and when required.

Negotiating on salaries and managing candidates’ expectations

In addition to sourcing candidates and CVs, actively participating and coordinating in the Joining formalities and documentation process.
