Key Roles:

• Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 3-5 IDBI Bank.

• Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff

• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document

• Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

• Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.

• Build long term relationship with the bank staff.

Eligibility Qualifications:

• Age between 23 – 35 yrs

• Graduation / Post Graduation

• 1 Year plus Sales Experience. BFSI/FMCG Industry preferred

• Good Communication Skills.
