The manager will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment project for specific clients. He/She would lead of team of recruiters and work closely with the recruitment SPOCs of our clients to procure and close job mandates.
Core Responsibilities:
• Effectively mentor and lead the team
• Demonstrate good leadership skills and effectively drive the team to perform at its best
• Train and handhold the team
• Develop metrics and track performance periodically
• Bring in ideas to develop in-house talent and help them apply the industry best practices
• Maintain good client relationship
• Partner closely with the client and provide them with quality candidates within the committed timelines.
• Understand the requirement, come up with the plan of action
• Create an event calendar, coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders
• Develop strategies and explore innovative channels of sourcing
• Be instrumental to improve the overall recruiting standards and come up with process improvement ideas.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate or Post Graduate with 5 to 6 years of experience in recruitment
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Proven record of developing and implementing recruiting strategy
• Experience in volume hiring
• Ability to drive a project and deliver under pressure
• Metrics driven
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
• Excellent Communication (Verbal/Written) and Interpersonal skills
• Strong networking skills
• Critical thinking and Problem solving skills
