Client Relationship & Co-ordinations on recruitments & New Business. Excellent skills in Job Portals like (Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs).
End-to-End coordination of interviews from candidate side. Follow up the candidates as to their joining dates & joining formalities.
Maintaining & Enhancing Database. Negotiating with the clients & candidates for CTC.
Preparing and maintaining MIS Executive and Talent search for IT, ITES and Non IT companies.
Maintaining and developing a healthy database of candidate profiles.
Responsible for identifying good quality candidates across all technologies across all levels (Junior/Middle/Senior)
Screening Resumes, Short listing & evaluating the candidates Networking of candidates based on the requirements from the clients.
Head hunting for specific assignments. Existing Client interactions.
New client generation. Presenting to prospective Clients, etc.
It is more of a Profit Center Head Role.
