As a Manager AMC Sales – Audio Visual Equipment based at Gurgaon your Responsibilities include:

1. Developing New Accounts / Account Mapping:


• Existing accounts need to be mapped better and deeper. Focus on improving relationships with all our clients


• Focus on developing new AMC Accounts across all verticals


2. Adopt a Consultative Selling approach:


• Use marketing collateral and tools effectively


• Create powerful presentations (that address specific client needs) and deliver them


• Invite clients to Experience center/demo room


3. Ensure the Correct Positioning of brand:


• Focus on conveying the value the company brings to customers as a result of these cumulative skills and as a turnkey solutions provider


4. Services Business & Profitability:


• Work to achieve exponential increase in services revenues


5. Take the initiative in Learning & Training:


• Need to be adequately equipped with skills: sales, technical, product, positioning & consultative


• Pro-actively attend training programs regularly


6. Timely and detailed Reporting/Reviews:


• Timely completion of Sales Reports in the provided format, including details on orders lost


• Weekly and Fortnightly sales funnel to be forwarded to Business head


7. Project Management / Quality Control:


• Strict adherence to quality controls and processes and ensure there are no customer escalations


• Coordinate post-order activities with the Service Manager and Coordinator to ensure that actions are completed on time


8. Timely collection of client payment.

• MBA Marketing with to 4 to 7 years of experience in AMC Sales or After Sales Service in an AV (Audio-Visual) solutions Company


• Good communication skills

• Must have excellent Market Knowledge and Awareness
