• Experience in recruiting professionals across Levels, Markets, Technologies & the Leadership spectrum
• Handled large volumes as well as niche hiring of SMEs
• Headhunting experience is a prerequisite, Handled an automated HRIS system for Talent Acquisition
• Advanced skill level in MS Office, HRIS, MIS & Reporting
• Hand holding of candidates, organizing interviews, salary negotiation, drafting advertisements, managing advertisement responses & Reference checks
• Campus recruitment, working closely with vendors, & portal agencies for hiring of talent.
Personality Traits:
• Self-driven, go- getter, good communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Risk taking ability, number crunching, target /goal oriented
• Ability to Multi task and be a Team player
Other Details :
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
