Job Description
We are looking to hire HR professionals with 6 months to 4 yrs of experience to join our team in Kolkata.
The person should be flexible to work in 24*7 shifts.
Specification / Skills / Experience

Process HR Administration requests.
Requests may be broadly classified as Starters, Movers, Leavers and Employee Data Changes.
Process clients queries
Maintain employee master data
Process data in SAP system in lieu with the data updated in another system.
Maintain HR system catalogues. Manage HR organization structure.
Process data to make significant change in a persons hierarchy and reporting authority.
Maintain data on Employees return from leave.
Process requests of Address change, Contract change, Supervisor change and essential details of an employee in the system.
Process Termination or Retirement requests of an employee from the company.
Reporting every activity in the set format and mailing the same to assigned SME.
Update and complete the assigned activities in the given timeframe. Overall Deliverables:
Complete training in the given Learning Curve and acquire required knowledge to perform task successfully. Complete the assigned activities within the given TAT.
Maintain quality standards as agreed with Clients.
Achieve Service Level Agreements for assigned tasks.
Overall Quality standards to be met every month
Specification / Skills / Experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to gather data and analyze it
Good multitasking skills, accuracy and attention to details
Open to learning with a positive attitude and work in a team environment
Exposure to ERP or SAP systems would be added advantage.

Primary Skills (Must have)


Any graduate/ MBA/ MA Fulltime only.
Willing to work in 24×7 shifts including night shifts.
Well versed in MS Excel,Word,PPT.
