Position : Application Support with experience of Websphere/JBoss

• Experience in supporting tickets, application troubleshooting, application recycles, application Deploys,

• Experience in Websphere/Weblogic server monitoring, JBoss/Tomcat/Apache.

• Experience SQL Server/Oracle.

• Change implementation and validation,

• Troubleshooting batch issues,

• Participating in Incident calls and follow-up with Problem tickets,

• Enhancing our current monitoring tools

• Experience in Linux/IIS/MSSQL, good SQL scripting knowledge.
