The role is a combination of Operationsand Sales functions. The key responsibilities of the position are as follows:
BD, enrollments, revenue network expansion, new franchisee appointment as well as managing the existing ones, team management , directly managing franchise partners experience in education franchise segment,
1. Franchisee Acquisition :
· Meet the assigned target for Franchisee Acquisition in the Territory
· Conduct various activities as directed for generating database of qualified lead
· Make Sales Presentations to qualified leads and follow-up for sign-up of Franchisee
· Complete all documentation and agreement for Franchisee allocation
· Collect all Payments for Franchisee Fee and First Time Inventory
· Manage the project (set-up) phase of the pre-school and ensure timely launch
· Ensure all initial compliance by the new Franchisee in respect of Ambiance set-up, Marketing, Training and Operating Procedures
2. Franchisee Induction:
· Ensuring Franchisees gets the requisite Welcome Kit/documents and equipment’s upon their enrollment.
· Imparting training to the Franchisees to get completely familiar with SOPs
3. Franchisee Business and Relationship Management:
· Conduct meaningful franchisee engagements in the territory in order to ensure that the Admission and Revenue Targets from each franchisee in the territory are met.
· Focus on activity management as per defined performance to achieve business results and delivering superior franchise service.
· Troubleshooting the queries from Franchisees on an ongoing basis.
· Ensure brand is appropriately represented by all Franchisees in the territory.
· Ensure adherence to the code of conduct /standards of behavior as applicable.
· Regularly reviewing franchise performance and providing accurate and timely information to them.
· Conducting franchisee training program and Parent Orientation sessions for strengthening customer focus
Desired Skills and Experience
Educational Qualifications – Graduation (Any) and PGDM / Management Degree in Marketing
Work Experience -The individual should have had a minimum of 7 – 8 yrs of experience in Sales / Business Development and Operations.
