| Managing team performing IT Assets Inventory receiving, issuing and tracking. MIS reporting & knowledge of SAP MM module preferred. – Handling End User Support Service with the team. – Managing the IT Assets Management operations on day to day basis. – End user escalation Handling. – SLA Management, C-Sat Management, etc., – Handling the IT Asset Management & Vendor Management role efficiently. – Monitoring IT ticketing tool (Remedy) for the best outcome in SLA management. – Handle operations approval for leaves, shift scheduling & people management. – Performance auditing on teams technical competency and process adherence. – Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient delivery of Vendor services. – Involve in Basic Operational processes and procedures aligning to IT Assets Management. – Preparing daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports against all IT helpdesk activities. – Other active tasks include conducting daily/weekly review meetings with the Operations team, r (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs. (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations (4.) To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis. | |
