Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accountant handles customer invoicing and bookkeeping for company’s corporate entities. This position will be responsible for making sure invoices and credit memos are properly created and sent to customers and recorded accordingly to our excel files used for reporting and analysis. The Accountant may also participate in weekly finance forecasting meetings and various ad-hoc accounting and reporting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer invoicing.
- Recording invoices in our excel files.
- Customer email communication as needed.
- Experience with Inacct and Salseforce
Required Experience and Education:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- College Degree (preferably in a finance role)
- Proficient to speak and write in English
- Excellent MS Excel skills

Compensation: US $20,000 per year paid hourly for the standard, 40 hour work week ($10/hour).
