Qualifications: – BE in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering; preferably with MBA.

Age Limit: – 40 – 45 years

Experience: – 15 – 18 years of experience in similar capacity with reputed automobile companies in Field Sales (Institutional and Retail), Business Development. Persons should have experience in senior levels of leading large sales operations across multiple locations. Adequate exposure to Market research / analysis and Consumer behavior research / analysis required. Proven track record, effective communication skills, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen and pleasing personality are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –

To plan and implement aggressive strategies to promote the passenger car service business and achieve desired volume, market share and profitability objectives in a highly competitive & dynamic business environment. To lead the Sales Teams for Mech and B&P business across all locations. Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the product logistics of an assigned product / service line. Would be required to research, create, and implement effective strategic marketing plans and manage multiple tactical activities to reach a targeted audience. Job will also include planning and implementing innovative service packages/promotions, advertisements, branding, pricing, budgeting and training.
