We are looking out for marketing executives for marketing our Home services and solutions business.
The executive has to manage our direct marketing campaigns.
The individual will have following responsibilities
Help in business development through sourcing different service providers in the blue collar industry. e.g. Plumber, Carpenter, Painter, Electrician etc.
Identify and meet blue collar workers at various locations in Bangalore, describe to them and get them into the company.
On-boarding which will include training, verification and behavioral improvement.
Developing business intelligence and helping in pricing and commission structures.
Learnings for the individual Business development and communication strategies Talent acquisition in MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing sector Offline and online marketing strategies to regular home consumers and owners
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extremely self-driven and ability to deliver under minimal guidance Proactive and willing to learn
Ability to communicate in Hindi or Kannada Must have a two-wheeler and driving license
