- Assessment of portfolio risk, with respect to industry exposures, preparation of industry reports vis a vis portfolio quality reports.
· Budgeting for branch level, includingestablishment of productivity per credit manager, establishment of other key indicators like provisioning for losses, marketing and overhead cost and other deliverable standards, management of cost centres, key participation in management of location profit and loss.Reporting: –
· Team handling of credit manager’s, managing the entire Delhi location for business loan products.Product and Processes:-
Quarterly review of all operational products, including preparation of reports reflecting revenue contribution of each product.
Submission of draft products to H.O. for review and approval and communication with compliance for such draft products to be finally placed in market.
Review of present processes and quarterly training to various branch head’s and RA ops sessions, meetings and review of operational software’s.
Ensuring in-depth credit/financial analysis for business loans.
Segment analysis, including review of particular industrial sector and evaluation of their performance in the portfolio.
Frequent client visits for big ticket customers, to have a better understanding of the respective businesses and its criticalities
For landing partially unsecured Business Loans to Small & medium Size corporates, firms & Individuals for there working capital requirements and for further expansion plans.
To fund Big Corporates for their vehicles requirement by setting out one time Limit valid for a particular time.
