JobDescription :


 


? Coordinatestaff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organizedand comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff across India and Philippines.


 


? Solelyresponsible and accountable for all recruitment activities, team management andrequired output.


 


? ProvideAdvice, Coaching, Pacing, Targets, etc. and assistance to Recruitment


Executives onstaff recruitment.


 


? Manage teamof 10-15 recruiters/executives and ensure the weekly and monthly targets aremet.


 


? Design anddrive team KRA


 


? Monitorteam performance and ensure timely and effective feedback are shared onperformance improvements.


 


? Liaise withrespective stakeholders/Practice-Owners to understand the business requirementsand take feedback related to recruitment.


 


? Ensurestep-wise recruitment and interview process is followed to ascertain highstandards of recruits.


 


? PrepareReferral Plans and advertisements for vacant staff positions via effectivecommunication both internally and externally.


 


? Drivewalk-ins, daily foot-falls& Vendor drives to improve candidate incomingratio.


 


? Manage andengage vendors and their effectiveness


 


? CompetitionMapping and analysis


 


? Scheduleand organize interviews in effective way to improve quality of hiring.


 


? Administrativeresponsibility ? Manage portals and subscriptions and advise team on effectiveusage


 


? MIS:Preparereports on recruit status details, Hiring requirement, deficit, Joining andrelated MIS.


 


? If needed,conduct and co-ordinate Background Verification (BGV) for candidates and sharecomplete reports to HR-Employee relations team.


 


? Ensure thataccurate job descriptions are in place


 


? Ensurecompleteness of valid joining documents from the New Hires on the day of theInduction Itself.


 


? Set upprocesses as per industry-wise best practices to improve the Overallrecruitment process.


 


? Monitor anynon-compliance or malpractices during and after the recruitment process andensure appropriate action as per Organization Policies.


 


? Retentionof new hires for at least 30 days in the organization. Any attrition(especially Performance /Behavioral separation) within the said timeframe wouldimpact the performance stacks negatively. This is to ensure screening ofquality/best/deserving candidates only.


 


? Co-ordinationof planned and effective Induction along with completion of all joiningformalities.
