Prior work experience in architecting and designing systems. Knowledge of UML and Design Patterns.
Strong technical skills with the ability to work hands-on as required and/or provide guidance to development teams.
An understanding of scalability, redundancy and appreciation of Deployment Architecture.
Understanding of any two of the following:
Authentication & Authorization, Workflow, Content Management, e-Commerce.
Demonstrated understanding of at least one domain
BFSI, Networking/Telecom, Media, Life Sciences, Retail.
Exposure to at least one area from SMAC
Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud or Enterprise IT system.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients, peers and development teams.
Java skills:
JEE, XML, SOA/Web Services, Database skills (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) – NOSQL will be a plus (MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with open source containers or IBM/Oracle stacks is a must.
