Job Description
· Supervising contracted staff
· Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
· Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
· Providing technical advice
· Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
· Liaising with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
· Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
