Roles & Responsibilities :
1 . Knowledge of Airline functionality / Reservation and Ticketing knowledge
2 . For Sabre products , AID documents from Sabre itself will be the main source for problem solving skills
3 .Departure control Systems / policy procedures and IATA guidelines in departure control
4. Knowledge in script support of Sabre CCL / Sabre Web services / API /Sabre View / Sabre interact
5. Knowledge of basic Sabre commands and its implementation in various platforms
6. Sabre QIK -For development within Sabre platform (Training available from Sabre itself )
7. To resolve Ticketing / Reservation / Boarder control related functional queries – in depth knowledge in reservation /DCS with at least 3 years experience in Airline ticketing process is required
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic knowledge in Reservation & Ticketing ; SABRE Products ; AID Document ; IATA Guidelines;
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- At least 2 years experience in Reservation & Ticketing ; SABRE Products ; AID Document ; IATA Guidelines;
- English : Fluent
